It's juvenile, vulgar, and tasteless. I loved it. I thought it was better than the first one. If you liked the first one, you will probably like this one also. The pimp character is more prominent in this movie. I laughed a lot in the theater.

Overall, the consistent sexual humor, nudity, ripping on american-european relationships, and brief cameos made this sequel WELL WORTH the outrageous price theaters charge.

It helps to see this one in the theater because you want to be in with a large group when the woman from Cherynobyl sneezes.

The farting scene was pretty good too.

The original is worth watching just for the scene where he is on the date with the Tourets Syndrome woman.

The first one is funny as hell. I will add the new movie to my list of movies to see. Thanks

  9. I enjoyed the first, and I'll likely see it on DVD. No way I'm paying full price to see it in the theater.

By the way, Roger Ebert gave "European Gigolo" ZERO stars!

First one was only mildly funny, at best.
    This one is probably worse.
    No thanks.

Based on your comments in other movie-related threads, I imagine this movie to be a bit too "adult" for you.

I interpret that as two thumbs up. Roger Ebert grades on taste and bias. For example, he gives everything made by the South Park people thumbs down because they did an episode about him.

I'm a big fan of Rob S., though I wasn't so much, for when he was
on SNL in the old days. But, ever since I seen his Deuce Bigalow
movie, I was an intanct fan since. I loved the first movie, and
even though there were one or two poor reviews, I dont' go by them
because they are just normal/tipicle people liek you and me, and
they too, have their own opinion on everything.

I was hoping that the "original" pimp, (you know the one, where
he says in the first movie, "I must make peepee" ) I was wondering
where is he in this movie, if he is in it at all.

I haven't made up my mind of going out to see this movie, though
I most certainly will buy the dvd. I've already (finally) seen
the "Return of the Sith" two weeks before it ended in the theaters.
Took me that long to get out to see that one.

Anyways, I'm glad that some of you all here, seem to agree it was
a success, and worth seeing. That helps to settle my mind on this
    sequal.

    ..to the Deuce man

You're not wrong there. I also liked the obese woman with breathing difficulties and the very tall woman - "FREAK !"

The pimp is the same as the first movie, and has a much more prominent role.

    TGIF everyone

Oh, so sorry. I ment the Jigalow guy.
Where is he, in this movie, if he is.

He helped make the first movie. And, I laughed at several of
his takes. He made Bigalow :P
