Video and slideshow on a dvd-r

What program will allow me to import a mpeg2 film that I have captured with my TV-card as well as create a slideshow or a photo gallery with a digital photos like a bought DVD? In other words I want to be presented with a menu that gives access to the film as well as still photos that I either have to press NEXT on the remote control or preferably come as a slideshow from the same occasion as the film?

Freeware: Render additional slideshows with dvd slideshow gui to be imported in the same proggys mentioned above. Use gui for dvdauthor or dvd author gui to import the mpegs and author the dvds with buttons.
