  1. I just extracted a video file and unzipped it. It came both CUE & BIN. Which should I burn to Roxio? Does it make a difference in quality or play.

  2. in toast copy format there is an option called bin/cue.
you can add either the bin or the cue file to the copy window, but you need to make sure both are located in the same folder.

Hey by anychance is there a way that I can use a DVDr media and not CDr's?? It takes 3-cdrs to get the job done, but if there is anyway I can use a DVDr I would only have to use 1 dvdr . Got any tips?

Yes you can. Try converting cue/bin files to Mpeg and store on HD. Do this for all files of the same project you are creating. Use VCDGear for this-really easy. Encode each file to Mpeg2 and then join together in a DVD Authoring program such as TMPGenc DVD Author. This will create the required TS folders and also open up its own burner-pop in a blank DVD disc and you're away!!! Job done!!!

  5. i think... not sure... but i think you can save them as a disc image in toast... then mount the disc image, then either use the Disc Info menu to extract the video, then add the individual video files into the Toast video window - it will encode them to the proper format for you.

  6. You could just mount each bin file using the new Toast 7 "mount it" contextual menu. Then just add the files to Toast video format and burn a new disc.
