Buy one ready built, do a Google Search for different companies that build them. Or click on one of the ads at the top of this web site? Simple?

I would second what jdizzy40 said. If you want to burn that many copies at once, an external box with SCSI or possibly Firewire may work.

USB, No way with that many writers. The bandwidth is too much.

If you had a tower computer case and 3 or 4 DVD burners you could do it fairly easily. You will probably need a PCI IDE controller for the extra drives. Nero can do multiple copies, really not that hard. Stuffing 5 DVD burners into a tower case, not likely.

I would go external for that level and it's a lot easier to buy a box set up for that purpose. Look around on the net for DVD duplicators.

There are a lot of them out there, all levels and prices.

Do a 'Google' search for 'DVD Duplicator' for starts.

You should be able to find several boxes that are 'bare bones' where you add the DVD drives. For that many copies, you would probably need software better than Nero for multiple copies. That should be available on the same type of websites. The boxes may need a SCSI or other type of high speed interface. That would require some type of PCI card installed.

It's not that complicated. You just need to create a master copy and duplicate it. Be aware that these will be burned DVDs and not necessarily compatible with all DVD players.

I will burn two movies at the same time: Two DL burners (Nec internal and SOny exteranl (firewire) and after a batch job with Rebuilder Pro I'll burn one ISO image with Nero and another with Copy to Dvd both at the same time...perfect (yes, I watched both and they both were perfect) use TY's 01 or 02. My processor is AMD 64 3200.
