Problems converting RM

I've trying to convert this RM video forever now. I've tried like 4 different programs, that convert from RM, and none of them work. Boilsoft worked actually, but the video played in fast motion, while the audio was fine. That was using Boilsofts codec, when I try to use Real's codec, it freezes. No other programs worked at all. How can I convert this damn thing?
