I've some video files in MP4 format and I've tried plenty of video converters and it's not working.
I've also tried converting MP4 to AVI, MPG and DVD-Video but none works.

During the conversion process, in the results window, usually, there will be this statement along the lines of:

"SBR not implemented. Update your version of FFMpeg to the newest one from SVN."

I've tried searching for this FFMPEG thing from SVN but there's so much technical stuff and I can't even make it out.

Below are some details from MediaInfo about my MP4 video file that you guys may find helpful:

    Hi
Try using a different converter such as MediaCoder. From here:-http://www.mediacoderhq.com/
When you install it maybe it will include and up to date version of ffmpeg.
(I think that the error message is telling you that your current version of ffmpeg doesn't support the audio AAC-SBR codec that's used in the file C:\Sheldon\01ToolsPart1.mp4).
