When you put anything into my Philips DVP642/37, it displays Loading..... for a very long time and then displays no disc. Rarely a regular DVD will finally get recognized and play just fine. I've only had it for 3 months and haven't used it very much. I have another one of these and it works great. What could be the problem?

You can hear the disc spinning up and then stopping and then spinning up again, it does this several times.
