I have video files I burned to a DVD+R in regular Data format. I was wondering I've seen dvd decrypter do some intensive reading to recover data from DVD disks. Sometimes the ripped copy plays better than the actual CD.
Is there any program that'll try its best to recover data from a DVD disk? That'll be just as persistent as DVD Decrypter?

DVD+R discs will not be encrypted, so any tool can be used to copy the contents to the hard drive. I suggest you have a slightly damaged/scratched disc, therefore the DVD+R wont play properly. You could give ISO Buster a try.
