Copying separate files from dvd's

I have recently purchased the original copies of the old black and white tv series of the outer limits. I wish to separate the 47 episodes contained on the 2 dvd's and view them when i feel like it.

In a previous post, i recieved a reply and followed his instructions to the letter, but i feel i have done some thing wrong and ended up with garble. Dvd fab 8 is the file i used. Does any one know of another file that will separate single episodes from the 4 double sided dvd's
