Region the hacking for the DVD Playing

And there has 2 DVD players cannot no matter what:

Apex PD-510
Foxy International DVP112

I search the Internet, and this VideoHelp website, but there has no work information about the DVD players.

I would like to multiregion or at least Region 1, 2, and 4.
