I have tried using DVD Decryptor>DVD2One>Nero, >ImgTool Classic and >ImgTool Burn on a DVR-R disk (Samsung TS-H552B burner) and all fail to play in my Pioneer DV-525 (plays fine on the computer).
I can take the same DVD-R and same VIDEO_TS file and move it to my Macintosh and burn using Toast and it plays on my standalone player without a problem. Can anyone offer any info as to why this does not work on my PC?

try burn with with dvddecrypter after you made an iso with imgtool classic.
imgtool burn uses nero so it basicly same as using nero. -
ImgTool Classic burns with DVD Decryptor. I have also tried using Folder2ISO and then burning with DVD Decryptor with the same result.

Hi Esa, I had the same issue w/ my pioneer recently, and after I changed the burn speed in decrypter all the way down to 2x, my backups have been playing great ever since.
