I have done over 500 backups and this has to be one of the most complicated DVDs I have come across. The Matrix was a cinch compared to this (I even got the white rabbit to work with no freezes).

I want to keep the disc layout, menus, special features, etc. I can drop the directors com. and do a Still image for the Theatrical ver. as I want to keep the Extended Ver. It seems like all of the titles are intermixed. If anyone has messed with this DVD let me know.

-I have searched the forums with no success.

    PS. Using DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15

  2. I have made a backup copy of "There is Somthing About Mary". Copied to HD using Decrypter then shrunk using DVD Shrink 3.2 and burn to DVDR with nero. There was absolutely not any problem in decrypting shrinking or burning to the disc.

That's what I did and no problems at all.

Was it the unrated special edition with an extended version and a theatrical version of the movie?

I did There is Somthing About Mary SE R4 with the mentioned combination Decripter/Shrink/Decripter. No problem except the high compression resulted in a quality a bit lower than my normal standards.

I usually use Rebuilder with CCE SP, but up to v0.64a it can't handle multiangle input and I was unable to strip the extra angle (one is the theatrical the other is the extended)

I have to try the new RB 0.65 wich handle simple multiangles with no problem (I did Star Wars I, Matrix and The Lion King) but apparently has difficulties with extended multiangle DVDs

  6. I've had a problem with this recently. I just rip the movie, so my back up is only of the movie, nothing else. When I ran this through DVD2AVI I noticed the picture kept flickering backwards and forwards every minute or two, between the theatrical version and the directors cut.As a result I can't back it up successfully. Any idea why this is doing this and how I can rip this disc. I don't really want to use dvdshrink etc, I'd rather try and figure it out this way.
