    hello everyone, i was wondering how i can capture a screenshot of a certain point on a DVD film and save it on my comp. which proggie would i use, and will it let me SAVE AS a picture file with the same picture quality as my DVD? can i also go about this without having to encode the video? thanks

    You can use Powerdvd, it has a small camera icon on the toolbar. Click and the image is saved. You can go into the preferences to choose the location of the file.

    PowerDVD (camera icon) and windvd can do snapshots, pick the save location in setup. Same resolution.

  8. Besides what mentioned , you can use Nero player or Photoshop Elements to do that ..etc

    hey u joined on my birthday!! i tried using my PowerDVD, but its like version 5.0, and theres no camera icon, so ill try to get version 6.0 or higher, and ill also try NERO, thanks

    ok now for some reason, PowerDVD is being b!tchy with me, it doenst want to open, i click the shorcut, NOTHING. i go to the target and click that, NADA. i also looked a my NERO, and theres no camera icon or anything i can take a picture of the screen with. any ideas, thanks
