Click video, direct stream copy.
Click audio, full processing.
Click file, save .avi
This will produce a larger avi, with uncompressed audio.
Why do you want to change the framerate?
NTSC film is 23.976 with 3:2 pulldown. Just encode it that way.Cheers, Jim

The psp doesn't recognize the 3:2 pulldown flag?
You could try encoding it directly to 29.97fps, but could end up with a mess.
If you want to change framerate in virtualdub, just click Video, framerate conversion. Leave the top box alone, and in the middle box, convert to 29.97fps.Cheers, Jim
