    One word - bitrate.

As you can see in the image below, you're gonna need to use a bitrate of approximately 2344kbps for your video (assuming 192kbps audio) in order to make this work.

Now 2344kbps should be OK for Half D1 (352 x 480/576) and using 2-Pass VBR (min 0, ave 2300, max 5000 or similar), but I think you'll find that "DVD Quality" is out of the question, depending on how good your source is to begin with.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. My source type is from capturing from VHS. But when I convert this movie to SVCD , the quality of this movies is very good. So I can get the same high quality of this Movie on DVD if I burn with 1hr/4.7GB. But if I do that, it will take so many DVD.

Which programe I have to use to obtain this quality for 4hr on 4.7GB ???

You could just keep encoding at SVCD quality, if you are happy with that, and author these files using DVD Lab. They wont be 100% compliant, but they will be OK for you.

you are being a bit unrealistic if you think you will be able to stuff 4 hours into a single llayer dvd-r ands you still want it to be DVD quality. Something simply has to give. Youo lower the bit rate and possibl;y encode to Half D1 but the result will NOT be what yoou would get if you keep it to 120 mins or less.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!

For 4 hours full D1 resolution with a quality above SVCD - no, there isn't another way.
