    Hi

Wondered if anyone could help. I've recently purchased an Archos AV4100 and am backing up my DVD's onto it. The Archos only accepts AVI files composed of MPEG4 video and MP3 audio. No problems transcoding it with ffmpegX but the audio level is pretty low when I play it back (even with headphones). I tried it with Handbrake and again audio is pretty low. Any suggestions as what I might be able to 'tweak' to boost these levels or is this down to the Archos player.

    Many thanks.

  2. Use the "Audio Gain" option in the audio tab.
