A few things I would change.

You mention reverb being one of the most appealing features of digital audio and how analog reverb is impractical with analog circuitry. This is completely untrue. Granted it takes some very complicated circuitry to get a decent analog reverb, but there have been analog methods dating back to the 50's with decent results including using large metal plates to generate a reverb effect.

You also talk a little about delay. However you fail to mention exactly what delay is. I would give a brief description explaining what it is.

Distortion. Harmonic distortion and intermodulation distortion, aliasing distortion in a digital signal are also very important types of distortion.

Audio componenets. Again, you should explain what Foley and SFX is. Don't assume that everyone knows what you are talking about.

You might want to clarify a little on Sample Rate. It isn't how many bits of information are stored, that's the bitrate. Sample rate is how many time slices per second the audio is "sampled"
