    We created about 20 DVDs using Adobe Premier and Encore. Now, we are trying to make copies of them but Nero 6.6.0.13 indicates that the source DVD is too big to fit on the new blank DVD. The media are identical DVD-R discs.

    Nero indicates that the source DVD is about 7MB too big.

    I tried to uses Nero's DVD Overburn but that just cropped the end of the DVD and hangs and/or stops the DVD player (it's supposed to go back to the main menu at the end of the DVD).

    Is this an Encore issue, Nero Issue, Encryyption ?

    Probably Nero. If these don't have any protection on them, just use DVDDecrypter ISO Read / ISO Write. Much simpler
