    Hey there , I've bought a Hauppauge Win TV USB PVR2 and was wondering if it could capture NTSC VHS seeing as I live in the UK (PAL) and assume it's a PAL device ? If so would it be worth while trying to get hold of an NTSC VHS player so I'm not trying to capture PAL60 ? Or can I really use DScaler to solve that problem ?

    I' have searched the forum but the answers have been contradictory and not always to quite the questions I'd like answered .

    The device itself handles PAL and NTSC. The destinction between the formats is set during the installation of the software. During setup the user has to enter their region.
