    Folks,
I have searched the forums and can only find ways of coverting DVD's to MPG.
I've been sent some music MPG's to my Streamload and have d/loaded these to my HD.
I was under the impression that I could drag these into Nero or DVD Shrink and burn them to DVD - it doesn't seem to be the case.
I've checked the file type via properties and it simply states MPG.

Any answers on how I can convert the MPG's to enable me to burn to DVD????

    Many thanks !

Do you want to put these mpg files on a DVD so that you can watch them in a stand alone DVD player or do you just want to store the mpg files on a DVD?

If you want to watch them in a stand alone DVD player then you will need to 'author' them, provided they are DVD compliant mpeg. In order for a DVD player to know what to do, a specific set of instrustions and file structure has to be created around the mpeg files you want to watch. This is called 'authoring'.

There should be lots of information on this site for mpeg to DVD, assuming that mpg is really mpeg. Look in the 'Tools' and 'Guide section of this site for software and guides on how to author a DVD.
