helo guys,
I convert my xvid to mpeg(vcd) with tmpgenc with the setting of ntsc 352x240 29.97 fps 4:3(525lines) and i burn it with nero 6.
But when i play it on the tv, the top end and the bottom end get cut off as if the video resolution is too big for the tv. I check couple of forum and some of them say it is due to my tv having this thing call overscanning.
The vcd that i borrow from my fren can play full screen(fit to screen with no problem) He bought the vcd from our local vcd shop. The shop burn from part 1 of the naruto until the lastest and can play in any vcd player with no problem at all.
I was tinking wat software are they using or there is something that i did wrong when i convert the movie???
I have alrdy spoil lots of cd-r with different setting from tmpgenc but no luck at all. Or was it better to use a video card that support s-video and watch it on the pc rather than using a vcd?
Pls help

use the custom size in tmpgenc, read https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1260250&highlight=custom+size+tmpgenc#1260250
