    I recently had to do a complete reinstal of my Vaio Rz 32g.

    Power DVD5 freezes after 3 seconds. I can play Mpegs fine.

    I've tried reinstalling the program. I've tried system restore to earlier dates. NOTHING IS WORKING!!!!

    Oh, yes, and I made the mistake of installing SP2.

    Can anyone please help? PLEASE?

    How about uninstalling SP2 as its known to be incompatible with some software !

    It shouldn't do any harm.
    When installing SP2 there is an option to create a backup file in case you wish to uninstall at a later date so dont see why it should cause to many problems.
    Uninstall it and if it cures your problem just stick with SP1.
