If u bought this new, it should have all the cables u need in the box. If not, then i suggest u go to a store that sells this sorta stuff, and they'll help u out.
I recently got a 9200Radeon, and everything i needed was in the box.

btw, does "zamac_man" mean u r into hotwheels cars?

I used to be into hotwheels. I started collecting in 98 when the zamacs where at the convention. I look every now and then.

    I will look for cables

That card does have a video 'in' jack? I thought the 9500 Pro was only a display card?

I think you might be right. If I hook up the vcr to the s-video while on output it won't do anything, right? What do I need to buy that is cheap?

    how would this work?

Non AIW won't capture any vdeo, they are output only. You either need to get the AIW version or buy a separate TV card like ATi TV Wonder.

I've had TV Wonder Ve for a number of years with only one major problem, way back when Windows XP was new and ATi was slow in getting XP compatible driver out. I generually use VirtualVCR with the TV Wonder VE and used Huffyuv and haven't had any problem getting the capture at all, not even a dropped frame
