    Hello there!
I was browsing through the launchers at doom9, but thought their programs were too complex.
All I wanted was to insert a CD with a movie and let play it without having to click anything else.
If you want to do this aswell, this is a guide for you.
It's quick and easy, so even newbies should be able to do it.

    First, make a new folder.
In that one you'll have three files:
    1. autorun.inf
    2. mplayer2.exe
    3. Your movie.avi (or any other format that's supported by the media player. eg. asf, wmv, mpg)

Now, the first file is the "hardest" part.
Open up your good old Notepad (Win+R->Notepad)
    Copy and paste the following:
    Code:
    [autorun]
open=mplayer2.exe "name of the movie.avi" -fullscreen
Now change name of the movie.avi to whatever file you want to play.
Save the file as autorun.inf in your new folder.

Second, you have to obtain mplayer2.
It is found in "C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player".
Copy this file to your new folder.

Third, copy your movie to your new folder.

    Fourth, BURN!

    There, all done.

Hope this helps the ones who are seeking to play a movie on a computer without having to open it and pushing Alt+Enter.
Note: If you want to use another player, feel free to do so.
-fullscreen will probably work on those aswell, but I can't guarantee anything.

Is there anyway to do this with an XVID so the user will not have to install the xvid codec. I would like any user on any computer to be able to just pop in the CD with the xvid on it and just have it play.
