Make a DVD with Video content and Data files

I am using Nero, however, the problem is, I can make a perfectly working DVD but it does not allow me to add new directory so that i can put date files such as pictures so that my friends can develop their own pictures.

Can someone help me in this area. If nero can't do it, is there any software that does?

This is what I do:

In the same folder where the AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folders are located, I add an ART_WORK folder (with pictures inside). Then I use ImgTool to create an ISO file. Next I'll use DVD Decrypter to burn my ISO file or I'll use Nero to burn the ISO if I'm making multiple copies.

You can if you use Nero Burning ROM,Express and StartSmart will not.
Another option is to use folder2iso.
