    Ive just bought a nec dvdrw nd-3520aw and it wont recognise the drive. ive updated to firmware 3.04 but to no avail. ive also updated the program with all available updates and still nothing ...

    I was just wondering if anybody in here has had a simular problem ?
    or can just help ...

    What is "it" that doesnt recognize your burner?O/s,motherboard,burning program etc....

    Most likely its too old and if you updated it already and it still doesnt recognize the burner then its best to ditch the program and use the newest nero.

    Didnt wanna do that ... not a lover of nero. i like this program ...
    $hit stinks tho if thats my only option ... ?

    Check with cdfreaks.com at http://club.cdfreaks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=86,theres a guide there to update sonic so it will recognize the newer nec burners.you will have to search for that certain thread there.
