Can anyone recommend some good online (free) Premiere Pro tutorials. Perhaps a "quickstart" kind of thing. My web searches keep leading me to sites that want to sell me something ...

Don't give up on the searches.
I Googled "filetypedf premiere pro tutorial" and got a number of hits including an excerpt at

-which isn't complete but might get you started with some of the basics . .
I am sure if you keep looking you will find something out there.
