Ok, I was going to try to use Virtualdub, but I look and there is no DivX for the sound part of it. So I used Adobe Premiere instead and it takes a long time. Anyone have any suggestions?

What Audio Codec are You using.
Go to audio and select Full processing mode. Then Go to audio>compression and select Divxaudio. Select 64kbps .blah.blah. FOR DIVX!, it work the best.
If you don't see DIVX audio, you need to update your Divx codec.
