When i'm ripping GladiatorDVD, then using DVD2AVI, when i use TMPG Encoder to make a small test clip, i get the audio levels way low. I think think there must be a simple answer to this but i cant seem to find the option to up the recording level.
Any help appreciated!!

Make sure whilst using DVD2AVI that
- you have selected the correct audio track number and audio format.
- you have checked either high or ultra high in the 48-44.1Khz setting
and see if your nomalization is checked and slide the volume level to a higher position. -
This is normal.
5Channels are downgraded to 2Channels.
I do it like this. When I got the AVI, I enlarge the volume of the audio (converted to 44.1kHz) with at least 3Db. -
unless the audio is so low you can't overcome it by turning the volume higher...then try normalizing (dvd2avi->audio->normalization->dynamic)...if that doesn't help, try down sampling (dvd2avi->audio->48->44.1KHz->quality)
