Does any of you would know a good dvd Authoring Software, a one that works with subtitles, motion menus and resume links, as the dvd-lab pro, because the dvd-lab pro has some bugs. See an example bellow:

The dvd-lab pro render motion tool have I only seen in dvd-lab pro...it is not actually any dvd authoring..more video editing.

Some tools with motion menu and subtitle support:
    ulead dvd workshop
    dvd architect
    Sonic ReelDVD
    Adobe Encore DVD

What version of DLP are you using ?

I never let DLP do anything like this for me. Always prepare your assets using appropriate tools and let the authoring tool just author.

But I think that render films with The premiere , p.e., isn't easy as with the dvd-lab pro.

Yeah, old ReelDVD. It gets no love here at all. Matter of fact, I think I'm the only one here using it. It will do subtitles and motion menus but I'm not sure what you mean by resume links. It doesn't do much other than author DVDs though (much like DVD Lab). It allows for a lot of flexiblility with menus. And you don't need photoshop, I've been using GIMP (free) with no problems at all.

For still menus I use Photoshop 7, and for motion menus either Vegas 5 or After Effects 6.5, with phtotoshop for the overlays (subpictures). At present I am trailling Autodesk's Combustion 4, as I prefer node based compositors to AE's timeline, although AE's tools are great.

This is how the pros work. Prep all your assets in advance, based on a menu deisgn and bit budget.

Ok, thanks a lot. I will try to use all of those, but always keeping to find softs which, if can't also do all of these, at least may do a lot of things, then I may use a less number of softwares.
