  1. Hi, i'm quite new to dvd-lab pro but i do know how to add 1 language subtitles to a movie. I just tried to make another movie, with subtitles, but after finishing it, the subtitles seem to be to long or something, and they go off both sides of the screen like this:

    aa|aaaaaaaaaaaaa|aa

The movie is a 4:3 movie but it looks like the subtitles are acting like it's a 16:9 movie. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? The finished product was watched with Power-DVD.

  3. Sorry, i don't know what that means but this is how i did it. For Movie 1, i double clicked the subtitle stream under the the part where you put the audio for the movie. I clicked import, then found the subtitle file, which is a .ssa file. Then I clicked automatically load these subtitles(the check option on the top). I then changed the font, style, size, etc. I clicked generate subtitle stream, then after it was done it came out as a .sp1 file, which was then loaded onto the Movie 1 part.

Check here for font sizing, not sure if it will help.I usually use hard encoded subs which means they are permanent.

If you can, please, how do I hard encode the sub into the file? The video file is .asf. I suppose it would end up something like a fansubbed anime file?
