I want to give a 2 second clip in my timeline a slow motion effect using Adobe Premier Elements. However when I use the timestretch tool, even though I slow down the video to half it's speed, it still keeps the clip at a length of 2 seconds, and i'm loosing vital frames from the end of the clip. Does anyone know how to make the whole clip last 4 seconds to keep all the frames in view???
