Some menus don't work properly - no cursor shown

I've had 2 occasions now where menu's don't work on the copied version.
Both times the disc was done using DVDShrink and burnt with Decrypter.

1st case - Dirty Dancing - The menu for the song film clips had now overlay so you couldn't choose an item.
2nd case - The Incredibles - Disc 2 menu had no overlay so nothing could be selected.

Anyone else seen this sort of thing or know why it might be happening ?

I noticed that with Incredibles disc 2. You can pick each item by pressing 'down' on your remote, one press at a time and follow the invisible curser in your mind to the item you want , then press enter.
Or use the 'play all' which is the first item on the list and the invisible curser should be on that at the start.

I redid it using Decrypter and CloneDVD2 and it worked fine.

I haven't reattempted it yet with Shrink to see if I can reproduce it.

Any ideas what's going on ?
