Hi. I'm converting from AVI to MPEG2, so that I can burn to DVD. I've recorded sport with very fast camera panning so I've decided to make it 50fps by splitting the two fields. Is there a program that supports converting to MPEG2 @50fps? I've tried TMPGenc and it tells me that 50fps is unsupported. 25fps is just too choppy so I really need 50fps...
Mark.

Standard PAL TV is always 50 fields per second. If you convert to 25 fps interlaced your video will be displayed at 50 fields per second on TV. Just be sure to get the field order right.
