If you are copying 1:1 you don't need any special software. Just copy. If you have an encrypted video, DVDDecrypter, then ISO copy.

DVDDecrypter. Encrypted or not.

If you are talking about a direct copy, you can't go wrong with what redwudz and mats have suggested.
If you need to reduce the size of the DVD... Well... Fastest often isn't the best! Video encoding takes time and the more time you spend on it, the better the result will be. DVD Shrink with AEC enabled on the correct setting for the compression ratio yields very good results.
What is "best" is very subjective. What are you looking for in a package? Ease of use, speed or quality, lots of controls etc.?
I've moved you to the Newbie forum - might do slightly better there.

Well I'm looking for the best quality with speed. I'm not looking for a lot of options or anything.

With 1:1, quality doesn't come into it - what you start with is what you get, irregardless of what software you use. After all, you're not doing anything to it if it's 1:1. As for speed, that depends wholly and solely on your burner. Again, the software you use has no effect whatsoever.
In terms of ease of use, IMO it doesn't get any easier than DVDDecrypter - ISO Read then ISO Write, but essentially, you could use any ripping program and any burning program and your results should be the same, all things being equal. If in doubt, Google it. -
You're going to need to tell us exactly what you are doing. Are you doing:
- A direct copy or:
- Reducing the size of the original so it will fit on a DVD-R?
If it's the first one, see Jim's post. He's spot on. If it is the second one, do bear in mind that you can have either quality or speed, not both.
Let us know.
