  1. I record all my DVD's in DVD-Video Mode and finalize before using it anywhere else. So when I put it in my PC and extract everything to the HDD, and try to load the IFO off the HDD, it won't play anything. It just sits there on the PowerDVD menu. What's the reason for this?

Also, before finalizing, I'll input the title I want, then put it in my PC, and it reads "Logical Volume Identifier". Why does it do this when I inputed the title I wanted?

This what happens with a DVD player also. The discs are authored so that the menu does not automatically play when the disc is loaded. You have to press 'Play'.

All my finalized video mode disks autoplay in PowerDVD. On my standalone player some will autoplay,Toshiba-Norcent. Some require pressing the play button,Apex(ESS chipset)-Philips.
To make them autoplay on all DVD players I rip to hard drive and create new ifo files with DVDfab and then burn to disk.
