    i've got an iso image of a dvd which is abt 7gb is there anyway i can shrink this iso image to fit into a single-layered dvd?

    DVD Shrink will do this for you.

    Just go to FILE then Open Disc Image and you're on your way.

    You will lose quite abit of quality though because of that much compression. If you care to keep the quality, you might want to try dvdrebuilder
