Hi I have a video file that i need to rip the audio from as tmpgenc states the file is longer than it actually is (usually means VBR). I usually fix this by using virtual dub to rip the audio stream but virtual dub won't open this video file saying it has div 3 codec(microsoft high-speed MPEG-4 v3[hack: div x low motion]) It also says some stuff how virtyual dub doesn't support direct show codecs for windows media player. Can some one please help me.

Download and install the Div3 mpeg-4 codec.

Or ffdshow, DivX 5.x, 3ivX, etc. as they also handle the fourCC DIV3 which has nothing to do with audio, unless it also uses DivX audio (WMAV2).
Could also use VirtualDub, which should open the file, despite the lack of a video decoder. It will just lock the video to direct streaming.
