Baldrick I looked at them and i have 1 problem my movies are 2 files (half of the movie & the other half ) and i'm not sure how to burn 2 files onto 1 dvd disk. With Cucursoft it takes 2 avi files and makes it into 1 ifo(aka - vob, bup files ).If divxtodvd.or thefilmmachine or diko or dvd2svcd or avi2dvd makes 2 avi files into 1 ifo (aka - vob, bup files ) Let me know i cant seem to find any answer under help options.I downloaded them all
just so you know so if it is one of them i'll be all set. thanx for the help

Encoding AVI to mpeg takes time, no matter what you use. On my system, using MainConcept encoder, I get better than real time AVI to m2v encoding (2 hrs AVI take ~1.5 hrs to encode).
Just encode the 2 AVIs making up one movie to 2 mpegs. Author these as 2 parts of the same title using TMPGEnc DVD Author.
Provided you have all the right codecs and the AVIs are error free, this is a very straight forward and simple procedure.
