    I was wondering if this software will be at all compatible w/ m2v files

    alot of my music videos come in this format and I would like to make em to dvd to watch em in my car.

    what type of files are those? just normal mpegs? elementry streams (video only)?

    i believe there mpeg 2 files, there high definition or something along those lines...

    yes they have CD QUALITY audio

    there very high quality files.

    ok. Can you rename them to *.mpg and try them in SVCD2DVD? See what it makes of them...

    so i renamed it to mpg and the software reconized it but when i burned it, the dvd player wouldnt read it! the video was all choppy!
