Drm /Video Capture Question

Hi all,
Im new to this drm video capturing scene, but wat is the best screen capturing utility?
Also im thinking of buying a new pc the Medion xl8383, and it has a tv out in back and a video in at the front, is it possible to connect these together and capture? or is desktop capturing software better?
I want to do this because i have sum drm file, i have the license but i want to encode to dvd. thanks for anyhelp

So can anyone help? is my theory correct does connecting the video out to a video in on the same pc work?, is it better then desktop capturing?
I would like to know, so i can buy the new pc, thanks

Huh, let me get this right. You want to go to and from the same source?? Those inputs and outputs on the computer are really for going to and from different sources. Look at it this way- If you have a computer producing a source how could you ask it to also accept this source and process it? (that is via the I/O you suggest) I think it would choke on it's own input.
