Hi there. I've encountered a new problem with my DV500+.![]()
I had a problem before, occasionally, where the audio and video would lose sync. But never consistently.
But now I'm having a second problem: The video gets jumpy and jerky; this never happened before. It's not consistent, but present at random times throughout the recorded video. (the perview window looks fine, and sounds fine when I hook up my external speakers)
My machine:
Asus A7V133 (1GHz Athlon)
1.2GB RAM
No audio card
Integraded IDE on the mobo (latest VIA drivers)
ATI Radeon 64 video card
Maxtor promise-based ATA133 IDE (w/latest drivers)
Pinnacle DV500+ with the last driver set (4.5) from their website
Adobe Premiere 6.5
I've reformatted my PC to get rid of clutter, and updated all of the drivers, but this did not resolve anything.
Has my card gone defective? What else can I do?
Thanks!
