i just purchased this:

it plays in all of my dvd players, but the "frame rate" looks a little off.
it's like it was a badly converted 25fps PAL dvd into NTSC.

is there any way to convert the video using tmpgenc?

ive converted PAL 25fps divx videos into NTSC 29fps dvds using tmpgenc, and dgpulldown. but would a dvd source be more difficult? keeping the menus and all?
