    i wanted to transfer 6 vcd movies into a single dvd, i just used iso-buster to do this. but when i launched nero vision express 2 to author, one vcd file was already 4.2G!!!!!!!!!! what gives? the file i 'transfered' was only 650M (each vcd) & when I checked the file after using Isobuster (.MPG extension), it is still 650M.

    I am afraid I don't know the answer to your question. I do have a suggestion, though.

    Drop them into TMPGEnc DVD Author. Job done.

    I used vcdgear to transfer mine to the HDD then added them all to TDA.
    Put 15 - 20minute or so episodes on one dvd.
