I have a newbie question that has been rolling around in my brain.
I have used various bit rate calculators and noticed that there is no considderation for the output display size (hight / width) to calculate the final file size. Is this because the calculators have you select Divix or vcd which implies only one output size for Ht/width to comply with the output size standard. For example divix is 352 X 288 and should not be changed?
