Heys guys!
Recently I made myself a project of a snowboarding holiday using Sony Vegas Pro 8, now that I have finished the project I have decided I would like to proceess the video so that I can either, put it on youtube or facebook, or burn it to DVD.
Now when I choose the option to 'render as' I use the 'Pal DV' template, now there is nothing wrong with the output file apart from the size, 10.6GB! The running time is 50mins.
Is there any way I can reduce this output size to be able to upload to places like youtube, I don't mind spilitting the file down into 4 or 5 files.

Choose another compression like divx/xvid or h264/avc and adjust the video bitrate to get the file size you want. DV is huge.
