I just purchased a Phillips 642 dvd player. I want to know if I can burn a dvix file directly to dvd without authoring. Oh by the way some are Divx v3 mpeg4 low motion, xvidmepg4, Divx Networks Divxv5, MS mpeg4V3.
1. can they be burned directly?
2. if so can they be mixed and matched?
I ask because I think that I read someone say that they can burned with out doing anything else to them so that play on the above stand alone player.
Thanks
