Well, obviously, you need to start gently (afterall your trying to save 25p/40c) so I would start with one of those DIET programs (the Anne Collins Program looks popular)...then I would work my way up to maybe using weights and/or a gym and start TRAINING (remember your trying to save the price of a DVDR here.......'cause your so fat or TIGHT ARSED that you CANNOT use 2 DISKS) and from there EXERCISE using ONE disk in each HAND until your are COMFERTABLE with the weight...when you have MASTERED the weight of 2 (yes TWO!!!) dvdr's then LEARN how to SWAP a disk in your SA DVD player!!!! I know it sounds like hardwork but we are talking 25p/40c here (or being so MASSIVELY FAT that you cannot swap disks)....in either case a good PROGRAM is EXACTLY what you NEED......
    No2: We want Information.
    No6: You wont get it!

I would recommend splitting it over 2 DVDs. You'll be much happier with the end results. With the cost of DVD-Rs going down, there is really no reason to have all of them on one disk.

Yes please split to 2 discs. As cheap as media is today there's is simply no reason to try and compress this much onto one disc.
