    We use Showbiz to capture but whenever a really bright/white part comes on the tv we get alot of static and the picture is not stable. It only happens with really bright contrast and white parts. I have no idea why it does this. Please help if possible. Thanks

    Are you watching it on a tv or computer?

    Sounds like your tv has something similar to blooming. When you see a white page, it causes the picture to shrink & then get bigger.

    We watch it on both I guess? It shows up on both computer and tv screens. Is there anyway to fix this?

    It sounds like it's in the encoding of the DVD and not in the equipment.
