  4. I've been a away for a while from this forum so I have a really dumb question. How do you know when to use the new ARccOs extraction, is there something I'm missing in MTR that tells you a disc uses ARccOs. thanks for any help and sorry if the question is dumb.

MTR decides for you. If it detects ARccOs, it will automatically switch to the proper extraction method.

  14. If I'm reading the other linked thread correctly, the solution for "The Forgotten" is to ignore the 'bad sector' warning since it doesn't pop up till the end, then compress as normal in DTOX?

I'm having the same problem with "The Grudge" (US) at about a 10% completion. Is there a solution I missed?

Some drives seem to have problems with ARccOS DVDs. What DVD drive are you using for this?

I believe he's asking for something like this: MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-825

Look in System Profiler for you specific drive model.

As long as I'm here, didn't there used to be a progress bar in the MTR Dock icon? I have 2.6.4 and I just noticed it was gone.

    thanx

    So, is 2.65 officially out?
I saw the blurb come across on VT this morning....
"Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
